講演題目： Cyclic gem-difluoroacyl scaffolds synthesis via electrocatalytic and visible light photocatalytic radical tandem cyclization of hetero-aryl chlorodifluoromethyl ketones

講演概要：Molecules containing a difluoromethylene (CF2) moiety have been important structures in drug development programs as they display isosterism of oxygen, hydroxyl or thiol groups, an increased acidity of proximal functional groups, and conformation changes. Mild and efficient methods to access to polycyclic structures bearing a difluoromethylene moiety with molecular diversity represent a synthetic challenge. We present herein our current efforts in this direction, combining typical batch-type electrocatalytical and photocatalytical redox-mediated processes using a diverse set of chlorodifluoroacyl heteroaryl and olefining coupling partners to give access to unprecedented and biologically-relevant carbocyclics, tetrahydrocarbazole frameworks, and polycyclic aminoquinolines.
